This is a serious looking pen! Once you hold it, you can immediately tell that it was designed with hand-to-hand combat in mind. As an FMA practitioner, I really appreciate how naturally my hand is able to hold the pen, particularly in the reverse grip, where my thumb rests on the glass breaker cap. I've had the good fortune of not being involved in an actual self-defense situation, but having this pen within reach is reassuring, knowing that I have some way to equalize the fight, if ever I get into one. The fact that it writes as good (if not better) than my Parker pen is a big fat cherry on top of an already impressive package. Highly recommended!

It's been about a month since I purchased the pen. I was surprised by how the ink cartridge end can penetrate wood. I even stabbed at a wall in my room and it left a noticeable hole in it!

My wife was harrassed and followed by some dude when she was out with our toddler at the playground recently. A pepperspray is not always ready and might provoke a potential attacker, so I got us these in order to defend without warning an attacker beforehand. I would also recommend all women and LGBTQ+ folks in the US get one as soon as possible in light of recent developments and certain neonazis openly flaunting signs claiming "Your body, my choice" to make sure these kinds of predators understand that it is "My tactical pen, your balls" when it comes down to it. Stay safe, prepare for the worst. They are, too.

Only thing that comes to mind is as a Veteran who was a mechanic on fighters, turned clerical worker in a correctional environment, is that I've recently been diagnosed with Carpal Tunner Syndrome in both of my hands, and while the pen is very ergonomic; if the pen's grip were a cushioned rubber type, it would be an awesome upgrade.

I have great things to say about this pen. It has great ergonomics and feels great in the hand. If I had anything personally that I'd change or alter in any way; for those who don't need the DNA catcher would be to offer a standard ferrule to avoid snagging the insides of pockets. That's also a very minor and once in a while event for me. The price was great and the quality is fantastic. I'm quite happy with my purchase and anyone else should be as well.

It took a while, since my pen had to travel to Germany, but finally I am holding it in my hand. The pen is in fact a good pen for my office day! It can be clipped very safety, so I am not afraid to lose it. It feels valuable and really looks stylish, but the design is not "pushy" or showy. I took it on my one week bike tour and it is a good companion if you are not familar in a big city or sleeping outside on outdoor tours.

I love my Stealth Pro Pen!! I have two of them long with the MTP-6 Multi Tool pen. By far, I love the Stealth Pro Pen for everyday carry. It is simple to use and easy to carry. The serated tip just feels brutal and could do some unexpected damage when used in the right way. Overall a great product.

I carry the Stealth Pen Pro daily, snapped into the front of my Polo shirt, where I can reach it with either hand. It writes well, I love the bolt action for making a note of a name or hospital room number and the tip allows me to open supply boxes without dulling my pocket knife. I take a pen with me everywhere I go. Why? Because in addition to being a martial artis and former bodyguard, I'm a geek who tends to need to write things down. So, I like having a pen with me. The fact that my pen can be used in a pinch to shatter a window or defend myself or my loved ones is a bonus. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. I loved the idea of a pen I could use for safety and self-defense if needed but, I didn’t want a device that looked like a pen, I wanted a pen that could do these other amazing things. The problem is, I have a hard enough time finding pens I like; what were the odds I would find a self-defense/safety tool that worked as a pen and that I liked using. Imagin my surprise when I did.
The ergonomic grip is comfortable and fits my hand well. The steel clip is strong but not bulky. The bolt-action actuator works smoothly and doesn’t get in the way. The cap covering the glass breaker is snug and secure but not difficult to remove, even with a bad finger I am about to have surgery on, I was able to remove it without undue difficulty. The wight of the pen feels good in my hand but not overbearing in a dress shirt pocket and it writes smooth enough to use every day or special occasion. Overall, I give this pen 5 stars and I absolutely recommend this pen to anyone interested in a good pen that can do much more.

This is a great pen! Very sturdy but lightweight at the same time. Like many other pens it writes well and is comfortable to hold. And if you are familiar with pocket sticks, this can be used to ward off someone intent on doing bad to you. Simply put, if you are justified to use force, this can be used to create an opening to get away. Worth looking into for yourself or those you care about.

This pen I wear or carry every day. Yes it’s a pen I use in the field and on patrol. I am a huge fan of the Stealth Style and Look, and the pen writes extremely well. I like the pens affixed clip and the Lock and Twist opener function. I wear it on my uniform shirt and, the utensil is placed inside the side pocket of my 5-11 shirt work polo shirt.
You guys have crushed it on this pen and as the kids at my elementary school say
“This is fire”. Job Well done, this is my 4th pen I have ordered because I have several on my desk as well.

The pens took only a few days to reach my son-in-law in Texas, but took something like 7 weeks to reach Australia. However, once arrived, they were well packaged in a porfessional box. I'm delighted with my pen and carry it with me all the time now. It certainly slips well into a top shirt pocket, but found it difficult to slide into an inside coat pocket where the material is thicker. Irrespective, I've just gone through security in two Australian airports and am happy to say that there were no queries when it was in my coat pocket and none when it was in my computer bag with other pens. So, very happy overall!

Light weight, but feels durable. Nice looking, ergonomic pen. Although I prefer deep pocket clips, this clip is tight. The bolt action smooth and available for fidgeting. I'll probably upgrade to a smother, medium ink. Do wish I'd have gotten titanium, but the black will be cool if it keeps it's color.

Having had the pen for over a week all I can say is the stealth pen pro is a fantastic bit of kit the glass breaker I tried it out at my local scrap yard it works fine hardly any force and the glass broke.
I carry it all the time & because of its non metalic construction it is both lightweight and discreet oh and in case anyone wondered its a great writer to.

The Stealth Pen Pro has been my favorite everyday carry pen. I like how it is lightweight yet tough. I also like how it is more discreet than other tactical pens. It is fun to write with, click, or even just to hold. Unfortunately, I have had some bugs with it. My first Stealth Pen Pro had an issue with ink cartridges breaking open and leaking inside the pen, so I had to get it replaced. I am hoping that it was just an isolated incident and that my new pen will not have that same problem. It seems to be working well so far. I hope it stays that way.

It's a fantastic pen. The only changes I would make are:
I would remove the teeth at the tip to make it even less conspicuous as a tactical pen. Honestly the teeth won't make a difference in an adrenaline fuelled situation, or not in a good way.
The cap on top of the glass breaker is hard to remove, and I'm worried if I remove it it will become too lose. It'd be better if there was a reliable way to put it on and off. It could be screwed on or something.

Absolutely love it. The GM of the dealership I work for had me order one for him after he used mine. I ordered a second one for myself. Now my original is what stays on the counter for customers to use. A lot of them look up the pen while waiting and order them before they even leave the dealership. And that's only having them sign their name twice. If that doesn't tell you how good these pens are. I don't know what will.

Love the dimensions and ergonomics of the two Stealth Pen Pros I purchased. The tip of the Stealth Pen Pro is a bit “snaggy”, but I understand the utility of that and manage that by carrying the pen in a pocket EDC sleeve.
Just a thought. Perhaps Atomic Bear can design a pocket EDC sleeve for its pens? Mine is made of reasonably strong ballistic material and has pocket sleeves for my Stealth Pen Pro and mobile phone on one side and a small zippered pocket on the other side. I carry this on my pants front pocket but it would be great if a compact sleeve could be designed for a shirt pocket.

Great piece of kit. Writes great & all other features are very good. It has a nice feel in the hand. The size of the Atomic Stealth pen & the Swat pen are perfect for my hand. I have the Rebel which I think is the most subtle. The Atomic Stealth is great but my other ones have a glass breaker at the pointy end, just where I like it. A big advocate for thumb reinforcement as this gives added weight for striking for when things get interesting. These three are my favourite EDC & it’s tough to choose between them. Nice to have choices depending on the occasion. Great products.
