Not all shipping carriers are available on every order. Weight, size and location may limit the options you see.
Shipping Delays
Most products ship within 1-2 days of placing an order. However, some products have “Shipping Delays”, which are clearly marked on the product page in red text. While this is only an estimate, we try and be conservative with the worst case delay. We allow products (usually food) to be sold with “shipping delays” when the product already has an estimated arrival date to our warehouse.
Some products may not be shipping internationally. Those who ship will be subject to import duties specific to your location.
If you see this message on a product page, "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM", this means that we will ship the product directly from the manufacturer. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling. This applies when your product needs to be custom made, or the item is large and/or heavy. We estimate you should plan for up to 6 weeks for special order items to arrive, although often they arrive much sooner. Questions? Email us: support@theatomicbear.com
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We typically have a fixed cost per order, but you will only find the shipping cost during checkout.
Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday. Our fulfillment center observes most federal holidays.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and shipping method selected.
If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you never received it, then it may have been stolen. To resolve this issue, you must contact the shipper (usually USPS, UPS or FEDX – contact support to learn which shipping company). Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn't refund the purchase price within 30 days, we will replace or give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order. During normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST, once an order is placed there is a 30 minute remorse window where the customer can contact us.
Should cancellation not be possible, you can contact us once you receive the package and we will give you instructions to return your product.
