Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy
The Atomic Bear strives to help our customers in every way we possibly can, but there are certain situations that are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
Please see below for a list of things that ARE covered and aren't covered under the warranty.
What's covered under warranty:
- Product arriving broken or missing pieces
- Product breaking under regular use
- Product being defective upon receiving it
What's not covered under warranty:
- Misuse of the product causing it to break
- Superficial scratches/scuffs/marks of a product that don't hinder the functionality
- Purposeful destruction of the product
- Lost or stolen products or pieces of products
- Products being confiscated by Airport Security
How to Get a Replacement Product:
- Send an email to support@theatomicbear.com with the following information
- Your Order ID
- Your Full Name
- Your Shipping Address
- Photos of the Product
- A brief explanation of what happened
- From there we will reply to your email and if you meet the circumstances above, we will send you the replacement product free of charge.
